I have no complaints about the product I purchased; it's fantastic. However, the customer service was lacking. There was a delay due to stock issues that I wasn’t informed about until I inquired. Additionally, correcting my address took multiple emails before I received acknowledgment. Overall, a great product but very frustrating customer service.
