I placed an order on December 1st, which was marked as IN STOCK and the payment was taken. However, the order remained unfulfilled for three weeks and was only shipped via express post on the 22nd, missing Christmas entirely. There was no communication regarding the delay, no updates on the shipping status, and no apologies or discounts offered for the failure to fulfill the order in a timely manner. The company did not inform me about the lack of shipment for three weeks or provide any explanation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
