Received a $200 vibrating foam roller as a gift, but it has become a major headache. It was broken right out of the box and features only one button that does nothing. I tried every possible way to troubleshoot it, including holding the button down for different durations. I communicated this to the support team, but their response was simply, "Did you try pressing the button?" Unsurprisingly, that led nowhere, and it felt like customer service disappeared entirely! Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no replies. Calling the support line only resulted in being put on hold and then disconnected after several minutes. Even the AI chatbot on their site ignored me! This feels like a scam. A $200 foam roller? I plan to share my experience along with other similar reviews with the state attorney general. Avoid spending your money here; you might find yourself abandoned when the product fails. There was only one button! Did YOU even test it before sending it out?
