Damaged my proterty and was promiced they would cover the work. I just needed to upload the bill. Their was no way to upload and when I braved the call back they had no record of agreeing to this.
When the fitted the broadband they did so in a place they latter informed me would never have worked so the intenet is so back I can not work from home. Only got given a customer support person after emiled the CEO begging for help, I had spent months being passed arround.
Still dont have my refund can still only take work calls from by toilet (not really profetional).
Please do not use this company if you want working broadband and you property undamaged.
