AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Hyperoptic. The installation team came out and set up the internet hubs, but it’s now been over a week and I still have no actual service.
I’ve been calling every single day trying to get answers, and each time I’m given vague or inconsistent explanations that don’t resolve anything. No one seems able to tell me what the real issue is or when it will actually be fixed.
As of today, I’m still without internet, which is completely unacceptable—especially after everything was supposedly installed and ready to go. It honestly feels like they have no clear idea what they’re doing or how to fix the problem.
If you’re looking for a reliable provider and want peace of mind, I strongly recommend going with someone else. This has been a really disappointing and stressful experience.
