Update :"I'll just add that we are having to wait for someone to visit on Monday to fix this, arranged by the call handler, this means without service for at least 4 days". (Again, I've no internet connection. No available options to contact on line about technical issues and it took an hour to get through to someone on the phone. I'm looking into swapping provider as very inconvenient.)
