I had written a 4 star review but I am upgrading it to 5 stars. In my book 5 stars is near perfection which I think fairly represents their level of service in my experience. We lost internet twice this week for over 12 hours each time but I've learnt that the time to restore the connection was caused by our property maintenance company not being available for access and not Hyperoptic.
