worst support, it is like i am talking to a bot, they shouldn't have bothered putting a human behind a screen, all they try is copy paste messages from some kind of a manual

HyperSKU is by far the best of 4 so far!

I've used 3 suppliers in the past, which were horrible, but HyperSKU is clearly different. I've been working with Bonnie, who answers fast, gives tips proactively, and cares. They also provided a great quote from the best shipping partner, Yun Express, compared to other suppliers with low prices but horrible couriers. A mistake you should avoid.I also love their software, which allows you to see orders, the shipping process, ask for quotes, etc.

When revenue reached over €50,000, things became very chaotic...

I have been using HyperSKU for about a year and a half, and at first, everything was fine. My account managers are very nice and try hard to help, especially Yvonne, who does most of the work. However, as my business grew and my monthly revenue reached over €50,000, things became very chaotic. Because of this, I have changed my rating to 3 stars.What HyperSKU Does Well:HyperSKU is great for smaller businesses, especially those with up to €20,000 in monthly revenue. They provide good service, and their managers are friendly and supportive. For smaller operations, I can recommend them without hesitation.Problems With Scaling:Once my business grew, several problems started to appear:1) Issues With Labeling Services: I use their value-added service to sew neck labels on my clothing, but there have been issues from the beginning. The warehouse doesn’t follow my instructions, and even after six months of trying to solve the problem, it’s still not fixed. This is frustrating and affects my brand’s reputation.2) Not Enough Support for Bigger Clients: While Yvonne tries her best, it’s too much for one person to handle. We use Trello to manage tasks, but even that has become chaotic. For example, when there’s a problem with a product, they sometimes buy it from another supplier and inform me about it because this first one has it out of stock, but then I don’t get any updates. I'll have to ask them why there is no update and after 2 weeks of waiting they tell me they need to refund the product because non of the supplier have that item in stock (It's really hard to not to get lost in this since there are tens orders like this). This has caused delays, and customers didn’t receive their items. Another thing we agreed that if processing takes more than five days, they will generate a tracking number to show the order is shipped. However, many times I see tracking numbers created, but the order hasn’t been sent. My account manager doesn’t inform me, and two weeks later, I have to follow up myself to request refunds for undelivered orders.3) Limited Support Hours:My account managers are unavailable after 2 PM my time, which is difficult when urgent issues come up. With bigger revenues, there should be extended support hours for bigger clients.4) Scaling Problems:Even though my revenue is four times higher now, the service hasn’t improved and I still have only one manager doing the 90% of the work. I had to hire someone to check orders and inform the account managers about problems. This is something HyperSKU should handle, not me.Final Thoughts:HyperSKU is a good company for smaller businesses with revenues up to €20,000 per month. If you’re at that level, I can recommend them. However, if your business is growing or already bigger, HyperSKU might not meet your needs. I’m still using their service for now, but I’m worried that if my business grows even more, they won’t be able to handle it.I hope they make improvements because they have potential. Until then, bigger businesses might want to look for alternatives.
