Hypno-Ride is awesome! After just my first few meditations using it, I noticed I was beginning to look forward to riding my horse again. I had been in such a negative anxious rut, dreading lessons, feeling like I would never be able to be the decent effective rider that my horse deserved. I feel it's helping me get over my lack of confidence in myself and I'm finding my enjoyment and try again! The power of hypnosis, meditation, and visualization is very real.
