I really enjoyed using hypno-ride to improve my focus and confidence in the show ring! A really great tool for competitive riders! The only thing I will say is that it is pretty long and takes up some time to do the hypno-ride, so it would be great to have a shorter version. Overall definitely recommend trying hypno-ride.
