6 months after my specific one product purchase I noticed a further payment of around £82 & immediately requested a refund which was rejected 3 times as it was beyond 30 days & cited T&Cs. I pointed out this was (UK law) unlawful as the opt in must have been a pre-set opt in. They offered 50% refund which I rejected & sent further evidence that their stance was unlawful. I could have used section 75 to reclaim as I'd paid with a credit card, or clawed back from my debit card if needed but I pushed again for a full refund & I've now received confirmation of this. NEVER ACCEPT SUBSCRIPTIONS OBTAINED IN THIS WAY.
