I signed up for Hypnozio’s free trial and was charged without any warning that the trial period was ending. I never received any reminder email before the charge, and I also did not receive any invoice or payment confirmation email. The only way I discovered the charge was by checking my bank statement.
On top of that, there is no clear way to cancel the subscription inside the app, which makes it very difficult for users to stop the service before being charged.
I contacted their support team immediately after noticing the charge and explained the situation. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me they do not issue refunds at all, even when a user reaches out right away about an unexpected charge. They only offered a 50% discount on future renewals, which completely misses the point since I do not want to continue the service.
At this point I am being forced to pay for a service I do not want, with no prior warning and no refund option.
This experience has been very disappointing and feels extremely unfair to customers. I cannot recommend this app based on their billing practices and lack of support when issues arise.
