Not Worth the Effort

I had a video appointment with the service center. They promised I would receive offers the following week, but it has been over a week and I have heard nothing. I followed up via email and received no response either. A complete waste of time. If you're self-employed, I recommend looking elsewhere, as they clearly do not take you seriously.
