After opening a account, I keep getting a " your using a new device look for a email to verify " I contacted support and I keep getting told im using a out of date app. Im definitely not and for days now im getting the run around about 5 diffrent people and each seems less attentive then the last. My concern is that they are doing this on purpose for nefarious reasons.
I’ve had an excellent experience using KOHO. The app is smooth, user-friendly, and reliable for everyday spending. I really appreciate the instant notifications, budgeting tools, and overall simplicity of managing finances through the platform. It has been a very positive experience overall.
However, I wasn’t able to use the new International Transfer feature. It required re-verification, and I submitted the verification process multiple times. Each time I came back to check the status, the verification option appeared again as if it hadn’t been completed. I contacted support and was advised to wait, but unfortunately the issue hasn’t been resolved yet.
Aside from this specific issue, I’m very satisfied with KOHO and hope this verification problem gets fixed soon.
I payed extra for a premium membership because they advertise it has a metal card but they simply say its out of stock and no real reason as to why they are not just getting more. No discounts offered for failed promise too.
This Bank is terrible i've been with them for 3 years never had a problem or an issue one morning I woke up and my account was locked can't use the card you can't sign in for a week now without any warning try to reach out to customer service got nothing but the runaround spoke with five different customer service agents even though I pay hundreds of dollars for a yearly subscription and I still can't find out why was my account signed out why was I subjected to verify my account to get when I never had to do this it's unfortunate for me because I lost my ID they refused to give any alternatives where I can verify myself so I have access to my account I encourage people to change Banks they have not been helpful even though I pay for VIP I have not been able to get in contact with anybody on the phone or have I gotten a Justified reason why this is happening don't let this happen to you change Banks put your money elsewhere
1. I have been negotiating with KOHO for over 2 months, with more than 100 back-and-forth emails. During this time, my case was handled by more than 8 different representatives, submitting the same information multiple times. In the end, all the representatives final responses were:
“Please bear with me while I transfer your case to the higher team in charge so that they can look into it. I will let you know once there is an update.” After that, there was complete silence.
2. In fact, my case is relatively simple. All the relevant email records show that within 48 hours: My phone number was updated--> A new device was verified--> My email address was updated-->“Michael has accepted your transfer”! Then all the money in my account was GONE! The most ridiculous part is that KOHO claims they cannot find my email records. My email and phone number were changed by the hacker — Can KOHO’s system really not detect this?
3. Therefore, KOHO’s claims of “ One place for your money and life” and “Zero Liability Policy” appear to be nothing more than slogans. The gap between KOHO and traditional banks is enormous!
Have been using KOHO for a few years now, they have been great, I use my card anywhere I go, Mexico, Dominican republic, I have no issues with KOHO, I recommend them to as many people as I can.
I can affirm that this broker is unreliable, exhibiting volatility and functioning as a fraudulent operation. Their trading terminal functions to your detriment, and withdrawals are not executed. I almost lost 300,000 USD. Through assistance, my initial investment and profits were successfully recovered following weeks of thorough investigations. Throughout the previous two years, they have persistently provided subpar trading conditions.
After experiencing delays with my bank, I reached out to the support team for help. They reviewed my complaint, clarified my options, and remained attentive throughout the process. Ultimately, the issue was resolved, and the funds were returned after ongoing case assessment.
If I could rate this as zero stars, I would. They frequently close accounts without explanation. When I sought clarification, I was simply informed that my account was closed and no additional information was available. This is not a joke; it happened to me. Despite my attempts to reach out, they confirmed my account cannot be reopened. I cannot recommend this service.
