HYROX repeatedly sent template policy responses, refusing any flexibility because I didn’t purchase their “Flex Add-On.”They have now confirmed in writing that if I arrived in a sling and on pain medication, I would be refused entry as “medically unfit” — yet they’re still keeping my £250 doubles entry fee.This approach shows no compassion, fairness, or duty of care to athletes facing genuine medical circumstances beyond their control.
