I bought the Deviate nitro elite 3 online. 3 weeks after my order, I received the shoes with the wrong size. I wrote a mail back and they responded me well with a retour label. After I returned the wrong sized shoes I wrote 4 emails (in 3 weeks) if I could expect the right shoes and what the status was and if the wrong pair were returned. I never got a respons back. Suddenly I got a new pair of shoes but again the wrong size. I wrote them a email back ! The only respons I got was a retour label with the text that they have sended a retour label, this without any information if I will still can expect the wright size or an respons of the content of my email with an apologies. The manner they are handling their customers is unacceptable and it feels that you can not get in contact with them.
