Ordered a impact with express delivery, received battery and charger, driver was damaged and it took over a week to get the replacement which completely ruined my schedule and I had to make other transport arrangements.
Now I have just gone to use the impact driver as it's the first day with decent weather and it's not working, the light comes on but the anvil won't spin, there's also a sticker on the box with something about an RMA number so it was probs a return and it never came with an instruction manual! and it wasn't packed correctly either they just sent the heavy driver in it's box no extra packing or anything; no wonder it don't work, I'm going to have to wait another week to fix my brakes.
Damn.
The products are excellent, but the customer support is lacking! They promise next day delivery, yet the last two items I ordered were not dispatched on time. Customer service attempted to shift the blame to the courier, but it was their own dispatch that failed to send the items.
This is my fourth purchase of a “Hyundai Power Product” machine.
I have a petrol pressure washer that’s head and shoulders above a Karcher in the same price range, I’ve got a submersible pump for emptying my hot tub that is quick, easy to use and does exactly what’s needed of it, we bought my father-in-law a petrol, self-propelled mower that’s yet to skip a beat and makes their monster lawn a breeze to maintain.
This purchase was a 7 ton, 240v log splitter - and (again) I can’t fault it.
I have a very old, very tired Einhell 4 ton splitter that was starting to give up the ghost and wasn’t splitting bigger bits of wood. I set up the Hyundai item after delivery (very straightforward, as it’s ready to use out of the box - other than safety guards 😬) and threw one of the problem logs 🪵 on the machine. Pressed a button, pulled a lever and the log split (exploded, to be fair) apart and was promptly racked and stored for next winter.
No hesitation buying any Hyundai garden tools and have recommended to a few friends if I’m honest.
Might take a look at their cars next………

The wet and dry cleaner is outstanding. It’s a professional-grade tool that exceeds expectations. It works well as a carpet cleaner and serves as an excellent wet vacuum. User-friendly, it features a brilliant built-in socket at the front that allows you to power a tool directly. You can connect your sander to it, attach the vacuum hose, and the vacuum activates when you use the sander, running for an additional 5 seconds after you turn it off. Incredibly convenient and practical.
I purchased an electric leaf blower/vacuum model on 1.10.24. I didn't use it much last year, but when I did, it kept blocking. The only way to clear it was to reach inside the fan compartment. This autumn, the issue worsened, and the fan compartment is completely blocked. The technical department advised that I would have to disassemble the machine to clean it out—what an absurd requirement to deal with every time I want to use it!
