Good quality but issues

Product seemed to be good quality and was received promptly. However, there were two issues of note. One, though the site claimed that VOC odors are very low, after taking product out of the boxes to let it acclimatize to our room, odors was very strong , causing both my and my wife's sinuses to itch and water. This lasted for several days. Also, not sure why they would make a board that was not a full 4ft long, instead they are only 46.45 in. long. My wall is 2 inches shy of 12ft wide. Full 4ft boards would have meant I could have used 3 boards per row. But the shorter boards meant I had to use parts of 4 boards per row, meaning I had to buy an extra box to complete the wall.
