I reached out to confirm details before placing my order, and I was assured the calendar would ship on time with the selected colored stones. Instead, my order was labeled as lost and resent, which I suspect was untrue since many others faced the same issue. The representative misinformed me about the stone colors, claiming I'd only receive white stones instead of the themed ones I chose. I was offered a 30% refund, which took a long time to process, and a free item, but I felt pressured to open a PayPal case due to the delay. Now, Royal Mail states my parcel was delivered, but I never received it. After I initiated the case, the company backtracked on their offer and canceled my free item. Their support was confusing, and I feel utterly let down. I just wanted my calendar without losing my money, but now I'm left empty-handed. It’s frustrating to feel misled and ignored. I cannot recommend this company.
