Their response was confusing and unhelpful, claiming they would have offered me a 50% refund post-delivery, but now I’m left with nothing. I specifically got my ears pierced for their items, and now I feel foolish. Overall, I’m left without the calendar or the promised free item, feeling let down and frustrated. Their promises seem empty, and I strongly advise against using their service.

We received an email saying a replacement was sent, but there was no tracking number, no compensation offered, and the delivery date was misrepresented. It's very disheartening.
