Now, the delivery service claims my parcel was delivered, but I have not received it. They communicated that the free item was being sent as an apology, but when they noticed my PayPal claim, they changed their stance and canceled the offer. Their response was confusing and unhelpful, claiming they would have offered me a 50% refund post-delivery, but now I’m left with nothing. I specifically got my ears pierced for their items, and now I feel foolish. Overall, I’m left without the calendar or the promised free item, feeling let down and frustrated. Their promises seem empty, and I strongly advise against using their service.
