I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the web portal and the class materials. The training contained informative material to assist in creating a new career and also how to create the necessary business structure to support self employment. 5 stars
The information is very good but the administration of the course is not as good. I started the course on 8/21, completed Weeks 1-4 with review questions. I read Week 5 the next day but was locked out of the review questions and could not get to the last reading for Week 6. The on line chat could not help. An email to support takes 24-48 hours for a reply. Here's the problem: They were updating the course on 8/23 which would change some of the reading I've done so far with respect to the final exam. Why would you update a course once it has started?I was delayed a day but able to complete the course. The IAP was gracious and made amends for the inconvenience. Good information, glitchy support. Three stars, 3/5 (60%). Just passing.
I recently completed the Life Coaching program from IAP Career College and am very impressed by how thorough it is and how much I learned from this course! It is very well-organized and clear. There is a lot of information provided in one package and well-worth the money! Thank you!!!
What made this experience great was that I could go at my own pace! The information was both legit and comprehensive. I like that there were quizzes after each segment. I was able to study the quizzes (which gave complete and full correct answers) for the final. I was impressed with this certificate program from start to finish!
The program was affordable, concentrated and user friendly/simple to navigate in and out and around - from registration through to the final exam. The content seems to have included all the quality information needed to be successful as a Death Doula/End of Life Specialist as well as operating a business - everything from business plans to marketing suggestions. I look forward to following this path and appreciate the knowledge, resources, and industry insight IAP provided so efficiently and effectively.
