Our stay at a resort in Punta Cana was marred by significant issues. Upon arrival, we found our toilet clogged. Although someone came to fix it while we were out, they left human waste on the floor, making it impossible to use the bathroom overnight with two young kids. It wasn't until the next afternoon that we were moved to a new room, which only had one bed for four people, forcing another room change. This took up the first two days of our vacation. Although corporate management promised a refund for those days, it hasn't been processed. They claim it was issued, but our bank confirmed otherwise, and they refuse to provide any details now.
