We had a disappointing experience at a resort in Punta Cana. Upon arrival, our toilet was clogged, and while someone attempted to fix it, they left a mess that we had to deal with overnight. With two young kids, it was incredibly inconvenient. It took until the next afternoon for us to be moved to a new room, which only had one bed for four people, necessitating another room change. This ordeal consumed the first two days of our vacation. Corporate management promised a refund, but it has not materialized, and they have stopped responding to our inquiries.
My wife and I fell in love with the resort during our honeymoon in 2014 and invested in a membership. We upgraded on our next trip, believing we would save on future bookings and enjoy additional perks. However, since a change in ownership, all of our benefits have been stripped away. We've faced issues with requested credits, full charges for upgrades, and denied perks. We even have the original contract and are considering legal action due to our experience. It's disheartening as we love the resort, but now it feels like a scam.

We returned to a hotel in Adeje for a second time and found it just as fabulous as before. The welcoming atmosphere and complimentary drinks upon arrival made us feel relaxed. Breakfast was impressive, and the shower in our room was excellent. The staff made us feel special, and we enjoyed our time by the pool and at the evening entertainment. We will definitely be back next year.
We had an amazing holiday at a resort in Cancun in early December. It truly deserves its 5-star rating. The staff were exceptional, from the dining area to housekeeping. A special shout-out to them for their kindness and attention. We plan to return and visit everyone who made our stay wonderful.
We enjoyed our stay at a beach hotel in Sousse, Tunisia. The buffet for meals was delightful, and the staff, especially those in the restaurant and housekeeping, were very polite and helpful. I would recommend this place to family and friends and would love to return.
Our first experience at a hotel in Tenerife was mostly positive, though the room layout was a bit quirky. Everything else was excellent, leading us to book more stays with the brand. This could have easily been a 5-star review if we hadn't faced unexpected charges upon arrival at a hotel in Costa Adeje. The room we were given had a poor view and felt inadequate. We were told the only alternative was a premium room, which didn't benefit us since we had already paid for all-inclusive. Tired from our journey, we reluctantly paid the extra fee, which was frustrating.
