Our first experience at a hotel in Tenerife was mostly positive, though the room layout was a bit quirky. Everything else was excellent, leading us to book more stays with the brand. Our next visit to another hotel was good, but had a similar room layout issue. Our recent stay had a great location but poor service, requiring us to repeatedly request basic items. Overall, it was disappointing compared to our previous experiences.
