This could have easily been a 5-star review if we hadn't faced unexpected charges upon arrival at a hotel in Costa Adeje. The room we were given had a poor view and felt inadequate. We were told the only alternative was a premium room, which didn't benefit us since we had already paid for all-inclusive. Tired from our journey, we reluctantly paid the extra fee, which was frustrating.
