The Iberostar Selection Kantoui Bay, although in my estimation, not a 5 star hotel, the staff make the difference.The cheerfulness, constant attention and cleanliness it appears is what is holding up this ‘tired’ once acclaimed 5 star property. The Iberostar brand can only be maintained if the ‘management’ invest in upgrading the overused parts of this magnificent property.I feel I must commend Amelie, the supervisor of the cleaning and management of the fourthfloor who listened and understood my Complaint and worked quickly and efficiently to rectify what could have ended up as a disaster!As someone who has worked in the travel and tourism industry for over 50 years, 25 of which was running my own high end tour operation business successfully in London, I have designed some of the most luxurious tailor-made tours around the world. Being my first visit to Tunisia, I was impressed by the people I came across and I have every intention of returning, more likely to share my experience with the rest of my family.Thank you one and all!
