I went to Ibis budget in Birmingham and it was the worst hotel i have ever been to. I had to block my door as it didnt lock, the loo which was in a cupboard smelt like pee, the sink was in the bedroom, the floors were sticky, it was dirty, the beds were rock solid and TV didnt work. I dont mind a basic hotel but it needs to be clean. When you walk in hallway it smelt so bad of pee. For the price you pay and £5 a night to park car, it isnt worth money
