I booked an ibis hotel in France. On arrival we were asked to pay which we did, then went to the room. We booked a double bed and sofa bed for our 5 year old son. We were given a cot. They knew the size and age of my son before they took the money. The hotel was full. I was forced to sleep on the floor. The hotel and customer services have totally ignored my complaint and request for compensation.
