I haven't had the chance to try the product yet due to inaccurate shipping times and difficulty reaching customer service. There's no phone number, and email replies take days. The representatives are trying to help, but they need to hire more staff! I ordered on Nov. 15 and paid extra for expedited shipping to my temporary address while on vacation. I wanted to test these during my trip! On Nov. 24 (6 business days after ordering), I contacted customer service regarding the delay and informed them of my new temporary address. I received a response on Nov. 27, and they mentioned trying overnight shipping to my new address. However, I heard back again on DEC 2nd. In the five days since, I had already requested a refund. I suggested refunding the shipping costs as the company chose a carrier that couldn't meet the advertised shipping times. I didn’t receive the product, so why should I pay anything? I also mentioned I would accept a refund for the product cost per their return policy if they sent a replacement order to my permanent address. Finally, on Dec. 5, customer service only processed a refund for the shipping cost, which is less than the product cost, and they prepared a new order with an extra gift. This is nice, but not enough for a higher rating. There's still no delivery estimate for the new order, confirmed on Dec. 11. Hopefully, my order will arrive soon!
