I bought 5 RYL Teas at Kroger and I even scanned them in manually on my receipt. After all that, IBotta went in and removed all of them :( so no credit and now I put in a ticket and I still have credited ZERO teas even though they claim to have gave me credited 2. There were less than 10 items on my receipt and they still get it wrong - exasperating!! Exhausting. Annoying!
