Very useful and fun app. Just don't wait because offers can can change pretty quick. If there's something that you need and you see it on the app look at when the date that it expires is so that you don't end up missing the offer
I was honestly ready to give up on my cash back because I didn’t think it would be resolved in time for me to complete my bonuses. I had already returned the item, assuming there was no way to fix the issue. To my surprise, they were able to resolve everything and process my cash back—even after I had sent the item back.
I reached out to let the agent know and told them I was happy for them to reverse it since I had already returned the product. Instead, they were incredibly kind and told me to keep it as a thank you for my patronage.
The agent, Gabriel, was professional, understanding, and truly went above and beyond. This level of customer service is rare, and I really appreciate the care and generosity they showed.

I planned a trip to Safeway so I checked Ibotta first. You list test pop tarts. Buy 2 get 3.00 back. Any size. No other qualifications. I bought 2 packages, came home scanned my receipts and it comes up as not acceptable. Why?
I am experiencing a problem with my cash back. I bought three of a qualifying item, but I only received credit for two. I submitted a review request with the scanned code, yet I was still denied the additional $2. This seems to happen far too often.
I've faced multiple instances of not receiving my cash back. In my latest transaction, I purchased two items that were part of the promotion, yet I did not receive the expected cash back. I reported the issue and scanned my receipt, anticipating an additional $4, but nothing came through. I'm seriously considering discontinuing my use of the service. I've referred several friends, but I doubt I'll keep doing so. The shopping process is already lengthy, and it's incredibly frustrating when the cash back isn't applied as promised.
This app is incredibly disappointing! The store name and date are clearly visible at the top of the receipt, yet my receipt was rejected. When I tried to resubmit, the offers I initially loaded were no longer valid. My original submission was perfectly fine, and I shouldn't have to lose money due to the app's inability to read a receipt correctly. This isn't the first occurrence of this issue.
I rarely receive my refunds, and when I finally do, they start charging a monthly fee, which quickly diminishes any refunds I have pending. I never received the referral bonus, yet the person I referred managed to get her refunds. It's a lot of effort for minimal return! Clearly, there are significant management issues and numerous glitches.
