Terrible customer service and dishonest. I submitted my first receipt. I had purchased two of an item on the list for the store was shopping at and with a limit of 5. It was not included on the list so I tried to add it. I could not add it because there is not a feature in the app to do so. I sent a note in feedback to them to which they said “We looked at your receipt and couldn't verify your recent purchase. This may be because the products you purchased on this receipt do not match our offer criteria, or because coupons or promotions were applied prior to redemption. Please review the offer details, including variety and size, to make sure your product qualifies. You can also use the Barcode Search feature to see if a product matches prior to sending your receipt.” I responded, “ You do have an offer on Bionaturae Pasta Sauce and it is on my receipt. See attached pictures. I also did the barcode search on my item in my pantry and it matched.” To which, they just blocked communication, “ Your message to no-reply ibotta.com has been blocked.”. There is no other way to connect and resolve this issue. I deleted the app and hope this saves you the trouble.
