I continue to use this academy and have a few instructors I truly enjoy working with. They are dedicated educators who provide excellent instruction and encourage me to speak more in my target language. However, the platform is outdated and cumbersome. The website is generally slow, making it take longer than necessary to read messages or access homework. Scheduling is particularly problematic due to bugs and delays in the software, forcing me to reserve time at the start of the month to minimize frustration. Compared to other language apps, which are quick and efficient, this service falls short. I hope they improve their platform, as there’s considerable competition in this space.
