However, the platform is cumbersome and has significant technical issues that make me consider switching to a different learning app. Whenever I try to adjust my lesson plan from one hour to 30 minutes, I face payment issues and expired links, regardless of the device or browser used. Despite reaching out to the support team for weeks, their responses are slow and no solution has been found. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone with specific learning goals seeking a smooth experience.
I continue to use this academy and have a few instructors I truly enjoy working with. They are dedicated educators who provide excellent instruction and encourage me to speak more in my target language. However, the platform is outdated and cumbersome. The website is generally slow, making it take longer than necessary to read messages or access homework. Compared to other language apps, which are quick and efficient, this service falls short. I hope they improve their platform, as there’s considerable competition in this space.

When I needed current instructors added to my dashboard, customer service responded immediately with an update. They are always prompt in addressing my questions. I've found an instructor I really enjoy working with and am glad to be back to my French lessons.
