The product (battery operated vacuum) performs excellently on my vinyl plank flooring and low pile area rugs. I have bought two as through user misuse I melted a sectional tube and the contact points no longer aligned and I was very pleased with how the first one worked until I broke it. When I bought my first one I had an issue with the battery and customer service quickly responded and replaced the battery within days.
