I have a motor that went out on my Buture V40. The vacuum was less than one year old when this happened. Buture will not respond to my emails. I’ve sent multiple times to email address for warranty and other addresses given on their site. There is no phone number for customer service. For me the warranty is a sham. Interestingly I sent a request for product information using another email address and they responded to me. Buyers beware.
