VC80 BUTURE is the worst cordless Vaccum I've ever used. I reada review that recommended it highly. POOR: corners and along baseboardsPOOR: transition from wood to even low pile rugs. POOR:on general wood and tile floors, requires repeated sweeps. OK: on low pile rugsThe floor attachment constantly pops up from the front while dispersing the dirt across the floor. Since it requires multiple sweeps, the battery runs down quicker than it would if the vacuum was as a advertised. I've never regretted a purchase more. Yes I relayed my concerns to the company. NO response.
