The PC showed issues right from the start, refusing to boot and shutting down unexpectedly. After four weeks, it wouldn't power on at all. Though support was easy to contact, they wanted me to send in the faulty part before they would send a new one. I ended up paying for a new part, but it still didn’t resolve the issue. I eventually requested a full refund, as the computer was only functional for a short time. It's unfortunate because it had great potential.
