I received a PC that was dead on arrival after purchasing it directly from the company. Multiple refund requests were declined, and I was told troubleshooting was necessary first. After several repair requests and a frustrating conversation with customer support, they insisted it was reasonable to deny my refund. I was left with a malfunctioning product and no resolution. It’s disappointing that they do not prioritize improving customer support, which reflects poorly on their operations. I recommend avoiding this company and supporting smaller businesses that value their customers.
The PC showed issues right from the start, refusing to boot and shutting down unexpectedly. After four weeks, it wouldn't power on at all. Though support was easy to contact, they wanted me to send in the faulty part before they would send a new one. I ended up paying for a new part, but it still didn’t resolve the issue. I eventually requested a full refund, as the computer was only functional for a short time. It's unfortunate because it had great potential.
