I am customer from 2 years always been satisfied despite high fees, i sell a car engine on marketplace, the buyer wants to pay to my card i dont know why, after i shipped him that and it arrived he sent a picture of a broken engine and wanted a return, since i was trying to scam me i denied it, he started a dispute with his bank somehow and my icard account was blocked, after 2 years being customer and having used it as main account, they side with the scammer( i have revolut too anyone can dispute a payment with 2 clicks, even a kid). Now i am screwed luckily i have almost no money but i still dont like how they sided with him and didnt even ask me what happened but directly blocked my account
