"Upload proof (invoice, contract, chat screenshot, etc.)" Sometimes they even request details or documents from the beneficiary (!!!). It's not just for initial transfers or large sums – it happens all the time, as if their system randomly targets you to complicate your experience. What should be a quick 10-second SEPA or instant transfer turns into a multi-day ordeal: waiting for chat support, uploading photos, and re-explaining everything... while the recipient is left waiting and pressing you for updates. I understand they are regulated by the relevant authorities and that AML/KYC rules are strict to combat money laundering. However, other fintechs only trigger additional checks for suspicious or high-value transactions, not routinely for every outgoing transfer. With this service, it feels excessively intrusive and inconsistent.
