My experience has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to the inadequate customer support. My order was marked as delivered, but the delivery photo clearly shows the parcel left in an incorrect and unsecured location, not at the specified delivery point. I never received or even saw the item. Despite this evident mishandling, I was asked multiple times to provide CCTV footage to prove the parcel was stolen, which is completely unreasonable. There is no CCTV covering that area, and management confirmed that footage is only retained for a month. Since the delivery took place on 18 November, no footage exists. This was explained repeatedly. I've been in communication with customer support for over two months about an issue that should have been resolved weeks ago. Instead of taking accountability for the delivery mishap, I was continuously pressured to prove a loss that occurred due to their courier leaving a valuable item unsecured. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before placing an order, especially for high-value items.
