This experience has been extremely disappointing, compounded by poor customer support. My order was marked as delivered, but the confirmation photo shows the item left in an inappropriate and unsecured spot, rather than at the designated delivery area. I never received or saw the package. Despite this clear evidence of a mishandled delivery, I was repeatedly asked to provide CCTV footage to prove the item was stolen, which is unreasonable. There is no CCTV in that area, and management confirmed that footage is only kept for a month. Since the delivery occurred on 18 November, no footage is available. This was explained multiple times. I've been in contact with customer support for over two months regarding an issue that should have been resolved much earlier. Instead of accepting responsibility for the delivery error, I was continually pressured to prove a loss caused by their courier leaving a valuable item unsecured. I strongly recommend others reconsider before placing an order, particularly for high-value items.

I placed an order for custom chains 3 to 4 weeks ago, but I received no email updates. When I inquired about my items, the next day I saw that the shipment was on the way, which seemed promising without any email response. Days later, I received an email from the shipping company stating I owed additional charges due to no shipping fee being applied. This is poor business practice as that should be included in the purchase. Upon receiving the package, I found a black jewelry box that was empty. After waiting a day or two with no further shipments, I emailed them to inform them that the box was empty. They asked me to take pictures and confirm, which I did, but then they stopped responding to my emails. Now I'm out a total of $700 and cannot dispute the charge because my bank said they need to attempt to resolve the issue via email first. It seems they are choosing not to respond, so please be cautious and careful!
