Ordered December 17, 2025. The website indicated (and still does) that there is 1-day shipping, so I kinda expected to get my one cut of fabric prior to Christmas. I got the shipping notification on December 18, which was great. Since then, the package still has not been picked up by UPS. I contacted customer service on December 31 and they claim that it’s because of the holidays and that PROCESSING time has been extended. Why did I get a shipment notification then? It is now January 4, 2026, and the package still shows that it hasn’t been picked up and I have gotten no further communication regarding the shipment. In contrast, I ordered something from a different fabric company and the shipment was picked up the day I got the shipment notification.
