I was shopping for fabric for a very special occasion gown, and came across the Ice Fabric website. The website is very user-friendly and the fabric presentation is accurate. I purchased crushed velvet in teal, and I am thrilled with both the quality of the fabric and the color. Buying fabric online can be a risky venture, but I absolutely will order from Ice Fabric in the future.
Reasonable prices, quality fabric, and expedient shipping - I can't ask for anything more!

Slow shipping times - not as expected

Ordered December 17, 2025. The website indicated (and still does) that there is 1-day shipping, so I kinda expected to get my one cut of fabric prior to Christmas. I got the shipping notification on December 18, which was great. Since then, the package still has not been picked up by UPS. I contacted customer service on December 31 and they claim that it’s because of the holidays and that PROCESSING time has been extended. Why did I get a shipment notification then? It is now January 4, 2026, and the package still shows that it hasn’t been picked up and I have gotten no further communication regarding the shipment. In contrast, I ordered something from a different fabric company and the shipment was picked up the day I got the shipment notification.
