I temporarily lost access to my account. I then moved and had tragic loss with both my mum and brother dying in a short space of time. I barely ate and therefore didn't order. Now I changed password via email connected to account and logged in to find that they have taken my bonus card off which had over £115 in! They are refusing to give the money back and I find that disgusting that they could see money was on there and still deleted my bonus card. It was online therefore I do not have the bonus card number because THEY DELETED IT. Absolutely disgusted as a decade plus customer I will now be buying my shopping elsewhere. Oh and as a disabled person we still don't get the option to have bags either which made me cross. Having everything easy to take in bagged up was one of the main benefits of going to Iceland. I am so disappointed at the treatment I've received given that I spend hundreds a month on shopping - tens of thousands over the many years and this is the treatment. They do not care at all
