Shopping online at Iceland is waste of time and money. I have been their customer for years and the past few months their services deteriorated drastically. From the crates used for delivery which are not cleaned, to the missing items which seems to be increasing, with the cherry on the top being their useless customer service. No hope for customers to be treated right when shopping online. It is faster and cheaper going to the shop and mind you not all of them have the same standards. I think there is something fundamentally wrong as it never used to be so bad! Potentially they need to train their personnel better and motivate them to perform even when they do not have clients in front of them. Having their employees smoking in front of the entrance of the shop is something they should avoid.
