Love my water cooler. Hate the fact that my ice maker is no longer working about 14 months after purchase. I looked around online and finally reached out to CS. They were helpful and got back to me every time much quicker than I ever expected. We are still using our water dispenser for hot/cold/room temp water but sadly no ice. Machine I would give 3 starts, CS and helpfulness 4 stars..so averaging and rounding up I rate this product a 4 star.
