I hate dealing with hire car companies but this time it was different. We were collected with no problems and taken to the depot to collect our car. The mini bus driver was very pleasant and informative. We collected the car with no problems and returned it the same. For once we didn’t get hard sold on extra insurances and then accused of random damage on the way back. The only negative thing was our window screen had so many stone chips that sometimes visibility was hindered, especially when the low sun was shining on it. I was worried when we returned the car quite dirty after 5 days use but VIP cars were obviously used to it as nothing was mentioned. Would recommend.
